Loved this place. Compact and cute. Had a great stay.
We really enjoyed this little apartment. The location was excellent and we mixed exploring the city centre by walking in via different routes with catching the tram which stops right outside. The area was lovely with an excellent supermarket right across the road too. Inside, it was bigger than we expected from the photos and a very comfortable base, especially with the aircon in this extreme weather. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.
The place is well connected to the hubs of Praterstern and Wien Mitte. You can easily reach the apartment from Prater using the tram 0 which drops you right next to the entrance of the building. This was extremely convenient after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment has everything you need, like basic cutlery, soap and towels and most importantly, great A/C which was essential during our stay in the hottest week of the summer. Even with temperatures reaching 40degrees Celsius the place was easy to cool quickly down. Right next door there are supermarkets and a pharmacy which makes it very easy to get everything you may need. We recommend the place and would stay again on next visits.
Die Wohnung und die Kommunikation waren spitze. Von dort aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien bequem erreichen. Mein Mann und ich haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden uns jederzeit wieder für ein Airbnb von Michael & Denise entscheiden. Ein großes Plus sind der Supermarkt und die Drogerie direkt nebenan. Außerdem kann man wunderbar am Donaukanal entlang ins Zentrum laufen, das dauert zwar etwas länger als der direkte Weg, ist dafür aber ein wirklich schöner Spaziergang.

Michael’s place is situated very conveniently next to 2 tram stations . The neighbourhood is artsy and interesting . The apartment is simple but warm and welcoming. There is everything you’ll need for a short stay . Communication was easy and fast .?Thank you to the whole team.
This place is a gem, a classy AirBnB in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent connections to public transport. Having the Hundertwasserhus and the Wiener Riesenrad nearby made it perfect.

Yes, with prior notice. We charge €35 per pet and stay.
Can I drop my bags earlier?

Fresh bed linen and towels are ready on every arrival. If you stay longer, we change them on request — just message us.
