Our story

We've been managing apartments on a temporary basis since 2022 — today 24 of them in Vienna, Klagenfurt and Villach. Most belong to owners who trust us with their apartment; we take care of cleaning, repairs and your questions. Over the last twelve months that added up to around 1,200 stays, and the reviews keep saying the same thing: fast, friendly replies and an apartment where everything you need is there. A bottle of wine and chocolate wait for you on arrival — because settling in should feel good.
