Äußerst tolle Lage, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, Öffis Richtung See und Innenstadt sehr sehr nah, gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, Radweg direkt vor der Tür Richtung Lendkanal.
Kommunikation top, Lage top, Ausstattung top, liebevolles Ambiente, sogar ein kleiner Außenbereich im Garten zum Verweilen. Für 4 Personen wenig Platz, beim Ausziehbett unbequeme und dünne Matratzen, Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster, Fernseher funktioniert; lädt langsam.
