I had a wonderful stay in Vienna. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was good. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the view was beautiful. Denise & Michael were very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay again in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable apartment. Everything was well maintained and felt fresh. Fantastic location next to Oberlaa U1 station and directly opposite Therme Wien. Quiet, easy access to the city, and a great place to stay — highly recommended.

Unglaublich saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den herbstlichen Kurpark. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Ich war schon oft in Wohnungen vor Ort - das war aber der mit Abstand beste Aufenthalt.

Yes, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before, we keep 50% of the price of your stay (including final cleaning); from 6 days before, the full price of your stay. You always get the city tax back. All details are in our terms and conditions.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with prior notice. We charge €35 per pet and stay.
Can I drop my bags earlier?
On request: message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we’ll tell you what works on your day.
Are towels and bed linen changed?
Fresh bed linen and towels are ready on every arrival. If you stay longer, we change them on request — just message us.
Can I extend my stay?
