Amazing apartment in walkable distance to the Subway and also a park and ride parking lot. We were greeted my sweets and a bottle of wine (that we didn't touch after all but was i nice gesture). The kitchen has everything you need. Sofa and TV are great for when you don't want to go out at night. Walks through the park close by can definitely be recommended! Enjoyed the stay and will gladly come back any time.
Tolle, moderne und saubere Ausstattung. Praktische Aufteilung der Wohnung Beste Verkehrsanbindung mit der U1. Damit kommt man überall wunderbar hin. Station ist keine 5 Min entfernt. Ebenso der schöne Park direkt nebenan. Einfacher chekin Vorgang
Lage, Ausstattung und Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Kleine Aufmerksamkeit bei der Ankunft. ( Weissweinflasche und Mozartkugeln) Die Unterkunft kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Plenty of street parking downstairs. The flat itself is well done and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, a lively park nearby to take a walk, the “Terme” spa next door to treat yourself to a swim/sauna etc, and 30’ into the city center by metro.

Wohnung mit WOW-Effekt. Schön ruhig direkt am Park gelegen und super modern und bequem eingerichtet. Zur U-Bahn geht man nur 5 Minuten (falls man unterwegs nicht noch in der tollen Konditorei oder im Schwimmbad rastet😉) und die Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauert auch nicht wesentlich länger.

Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before, we keep 50% of the price of your stay (including final cleaning); from 6 days before, the full price of your stay. You always get the city tax back. All details are in our terms and conditions.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with prior notice. We charge €35 per pet and stay.
Can I drop my bags earlier?
On request: message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we’ll tell you what works on your day.
Are towels and bed linen changed?
Fresh bed linen and towels are ready on every arrival. If you stay longer, we change them on request — just message us.
Can I extend my stay?
Ask us on WhatsApp. If the apartment is free, you extend directly with us.
