About this apartment
„Pink", 34.20 m² open-plan studio with a separate bathroom. Converted in 2026 from a commercial unit: light oak parquet, 2.65 m ceilings, track spotlights. Sleeping: king-size bed by the window, with a fitted wardrobe behind it — up to 2 guests. From the window nook you see old chestnut trees, with the promenade, river and mountain silhouette behind; the Drava and old town partly. Honestly: the riverside path passes the window — opaque curtains are provided. TV with Netflix included. Kitchenette with two hotplates, fridge, sink and a capsule coffee machine, plus crockery, glasses and cutlery and a round dining table for four — honestly: no oven, no microwave, no dishwasher. Bathroom with a glass shower cubicle, wall-hung WC, basin and hairdryer. Blackout curtains on all windows, large wardrobe, free Wi-Fi. Self check-in via a key safe. Not available: washing machine, air conditioning, balcony or terrace, and a private parking space. Villach train station about 20 minutes on foot, the A2 motorway access about 10 minutes by car, Lake Faak about 15, Lake Ossiach and Lake Woerthersee about 20 minutes by car each. The Drava cycle path passes the building — Villach is where stage 3 turns into stage 4.

How does check-in work?
Self check-in via a key safe right at the entrance gate (left-hand side). You receive the code the day before arrival. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
How much is the city tax?
The city of Villach levies a tourist tax: €2.70 per person per night in high season (June to September, December to March) and €2.20 in low season (April/May, October/November). As of 15 July 2026.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before, we keep 50% of the price of your stay (including final cleaning); from 6 days before, the full price of your stay. You always get the city tax back. All details are in our terms and conditions.
Is there parking?
There are no guest parking spaces at the building — the underground garage is not available to guests either. You can park free of charge at the Willroider car park, about 5 minutes away on foot.
What is NOT available?
No washing machine, no dryer, no dishwasher, no oven, no microwave, no air conditioning, no balcony and no terrace. The kitchen is a kitchenette with two hotplates, a fridge and a capsule coffee machine.
How far is the old town?
Villach's old town with the main square and St. Jakob parish church is on the opposite bank of the Drava — about 5 minutes on foot across the bridge. Villach train station is about 20 minutes away on foot.
Can I drop my bags earlier?
On request: message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we’ll tell you what works on your day.
Are towels and bed linen changed?
Fresh bed linen and towels are ready on every arrival. If you stay longer, we change them on request — just message us.
