Lage, Ausstattung und Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Kleine Aufmerksamkeit bei der Ankunft. ( Weissweinflasche und Mozartkugeln) Die Unterkunft kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Plenty of street parking downstairs. The flat itself is well done and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, a lively park nearby to take a walk, the “Terme” spa next door to treat yourself to a swim/sauna etc, and 30’ into the city center by metro. Street parking is only short term and can get tedious to plan so the alternative is P+R at the metro which is much cheaper (4,60€ per day) but it’s a 10min walk one way. The kitchen is minimalistic, we were hoping for more “elbow room”. But these are minimal hindrances.
Ruhig, Moderne, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, Küche mit Spielmaschine, Balkon Richtung Park. Unklare Darstellung, dass Therme und Gym nicht in Buchung enthalten war. Wenig Infrastruktur in Umgebung des Appartments.

Yes, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before, we keep 50% of the price of your stay (including final cleaning); from 6 days before, the full price of your stay. You always get the city tax back. All details are in our terms and conditions.
Can I drop my bags earlier?
On request: message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we’ll tell you what works on your day.
Are towels and bed linen changed?
Fresh bed linen and towels are ready on every arrival. If you stay longer, we change them on request — just message us.
