We slept very well.<br/>However, our experience was mixed. Check in was stressful due to lockbox and key issues, and communication was sometimes slower than expected. The apartment also needed a deeper cleaning on arrival, although the hosts arranged another cleaning the next morning, which we appreciated.<br/>Some parts felt worn and would benefit from better maintenance. The most uncomfortable issue was a non urgent balcony repair the hosts wanted to schedule at the very end of our stay, despite my explaining several times that I work from home, had a very busy workday, and that the repair was next to the only available workstation in the apartment. Airbnb had to intervene before it was postponed. <br/>Overall, the apartment has good potential, but cleaning, maintenance and communication need improvement."
