Our properties offer a self check-in process, either via phone call or lockbox. Further instructions will be included in your confirmation email!
Reservations are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to check-in time. 50% refundable between 14-7 days prior to check-in time. Non-refundable within 7 days of check-in time.
For the protection of our guests and staff, all guests are required to complete a pre check-in online verification portal.
ID is required at time of booking and a rental agreement must be signed by guest booking with us.
Deposit is FULLY refundable 5 days after booking if no damages were done to home.
All of the properties are fully equipped meaning they will include most of the items you have at home to provide a home from home stay. The beds with be freshly made and towels are also provided.
