The apartment is sunny, spacious, and warm. You’ll have the entire space all to yourself. Classically Viennese, the building was built a little over 100 years ago. The entire 1bdrm/1,5 bath/1 living room/roof top terrace apartment was completely newly buil just a year ago. Large new kitchen counter tops, hardwood floors, high speed internet, terrace, refrigerator, central heating, and with huge windows.

If there is anything you need to help make your stay easier just let me know.

Our kitchen is pretty stocked with the basics and you are free to use any of the utensils/spaces as you please. Morning people are free enjoy to enjoy the delicious coffee.

Our kitchen has all the standard equipment including a full oven, induction cooktop, toaster, garbage disposal, water boiler and a coffee machine.

There is pretty easy street parking on our street and surrounding areas. Please keep in mind you have to get parking tickets for that during daytime on working days.

If you need restaurant/activity recommendations just ask and we’ll point you in the right direction.

We’re pretty flexible on check in/check out as long as you let us know in advance.
